Charlotte, NC native, Travis Wright, better known both professionally and socially as Trap Lin and/or Wire Hanger Lin brings a plethora of great talents along with him. Learning to engineer his own vocals by the age of 13, he began to perfect his craft of rapping and sometimes melodic rhythms to create music. “Growing up as an 90s baby, we LOVED music, me being in the marching band only took the love further” said Lin, by understanding how to break down, orchestrate, and compose music, Lin uses his learnings to give us the sounds we hear from him today. By the age of 25 Lin decided to take the career of rap and R&B seriously, and by having family from as well as often visiting the southern region, he carries with him a “down south swagg”. Founding Wire Hanger Association in the year of 2024, Lin partnered with Tap In Music and Entertainment LLC in 2025 making a hard hitting collaboration in the city of Charlotte.
